  • 01

    Review open roles

The Hiring Website is dedicated to Solvay TSA employees only, Solvay employees outside of the Delivery scope may apply through the main Syensqo website, careers pages. We would recommend applying for a maximum of three roles at any one time. Once you have received outcomes for those applications, you may apply for further opportunities.

Applications need to be made using your personal email address (not your Solvay email). Please have an up-to-date copy of your CV ready before starting the application process. Please note: You are required to inform your current line manager of any applications you make.

  • 03

    Application Consideration

Your application will be reviewed against a carefully selected set of skills criteria necessary for the position. If successful, a member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team will contact you with the next steps. If your, application does not progress, you will be notified via email with feedback.

  • 04

    Hiring Manager Discussions

After a review of your application by one of our recruiters, if successful, we'll proceed to share your profile with the hiring manager. They will then reach out to you to arrange a discussion about the role and delve deeper into how your background, skills and experience align with the role criteria.

  • 05

    Interview Outcome

If you receive an offer, you will initially be required to sign a Three-Party Agreement. This involves your current line manager and future hiring manager agreeing in principle to the move. Once all parties have signed the document, you will receive a verbal offer from the TA team.
